Who said people don’t make stuff in Australia anymore? Not us. That’s why the Dream Car Mats are 100% engineered & manufactured in Australia. Our factory is located at: Unit 3, 63 Allingham Street Condell Park, NSW 2200, Australia. Other retailers import the products from overseas which always don’t match the vehicles running in Australia well, some of their mats may even stuck/cover the accelerator pedal, bringing severe safety issues. Unlike them, we measure vehicles and tailored make the mats in Sydney. We can even install the mats for customers visiting us (on extra charge). Producing by ourselves, we can select the best material from the source and keep the best quality. All our efforts are for bringing these perfect mats to Aussie people.

  • Will these fit my car?

Quality and perfectly match are our prime concern. Each car model listed for ordering was measured by ourself in Australia.

  • How to put the mats on the car?

Installation is a simple job, no tools special skills needed. Please contact us for handy installation video if need.

  • Do you ship to other countries?

Yes, we have measurements of most of the international version of RHD and LHD vehicles. We make the RHD floor/ boot mats by default, if you need us do LHD, please contact us or leave a note when placing order.  

  • My car is not in this list, can I order?

The only way is: you are located at Sydney and bring your car to us, then we will measure your car and make the mats for you. If your car is less popular such as luxury brands or old models, we will charge extra designing fee. If you are not able to visit us, unfortunately, we cannot do.

Estimated Shipping Times

After payment is cleared, we will make your mats in 7 business days, then dispatch immediately once it is finished. We cooperated with Auspost to deliver our products, normally they need 2-7 days to deliver to your address in Australia. 

Due to the Covid19 spread all around the world, some parcels could be delayed and we have seen in rare instances delays of 7-14 working days on top of our normal shipping times. We are doing our best to reduce the impact and make sure your order is delivered safely on time

Return and Refund Policy

We do not cancel and refund the money for custom orders placed before 3 business days (producing process already started). Please note that all our mats are custom made to order to suit your individual vehicle which you specify on your order form – Terms in line with consumer contracts regulation.

Dislike of color or design: As each set is made to order for your vehicle and we provide a custom-made service, we are unable to accept return requests based on dislike of style or color. You are responsible for picking the correct color for your vehicle and to make sure you like the product before you place your order. You can ask for images and videos by contacting our LiveChat support or our customer support E-mail to make sure our car mats are exactly the one you want.

Return claims must be agreed between a customer and Dream Car Mats:

Product must be returned unused and undamaged in its original packaging.

If after delivery a revision is required, we have the right to rectify the design.

If Customers insist on returning custom made products, they will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 35% of the total amount of the original purchase price to cover materials and workmanship for your custom order.

Please Note: You will be responsible for the return postage and packaging cost.

Refund amount will only be issued once we have received the product back and checked it for damage and that the product is unused. If satisfactory you will then receive the refund amount within 14 days.

This item will be dispatch in brand new condition in the package, if this item is defective please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will process the change of products or refund of your money.
